This project is led by Julien Pizzo, a car enthusiast and expert in the codes of luxury. Trained by leading brands and driven by a high level of personal excellence, he has created a service that is precise, human, and confidential. A story born from a first gesture
It all began on August 8, 2016, during my first delivery. As a newly recruited salesperson, I personally escorted my customer to the handover of the keys to their vehicle.
This moment, although decisive, lacks framework, symbolism and emotion.
I then realize that what we deliver is not an object, but a moment. A projection, a dream become tangible.
From experience to vision
The Covid health crisis, a few years later, accelerated a shift in the market.
Home vehicle delivery is becoming the norm. But behind this new expectation, brands are facing a reality: a lack of structure, resources, and staging. The customer, however, is ready. He's no longer waiting. He deserves better.
