Regarding reservation dates
We will get back to you based on the availability of the chosen establishment as well as the planned activities, in order to determine together the date most suited to your experience.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28, 12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activity services which must be provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.
The services offered by Voltur Delivery fall into this category.
Consequently, any reservation confirmed for a specific date is firm and final upon validation of payment or quote.
The sums paid upon ordering (deposit, booking fees, or organization fees) are therefore considered as definitively acquired, except in cases of duly justified force majeure, according to the conditions provided for in our general terms and conditions of sale.
Before any confirmation, we invite each customer to carefully check the information relating to their reservation (date, place, package, options) and to ensure their availability on the chosen date.
Delivery delay
Voltur Delivery services are based on the actual availability of the vehicle being staged.
In the event of a delay in the delivery of the vehicle by the dealer, the manufacturer or any other intermediary, Voltur Delivery may, at the request of the customer, postpone the service to a new date, under the same financial conditions as those initially agreed, subject to the availability of the location and partner service providers.
The price applicable to the new date may vary depending on the period chosen (high or low season, weekend rates, etc.), in accordance with the pricing conditions in force at the partner establishments.
It is expressly stated that any postponement or modification resulting from a delay in the delivery of the vehicle cannot be attributed to the responsibility of Voltur Delivery, since this delay is beyond its control.
Voltur Delivery is committed to assisting the client in finding a new date that corresponds as closely as possible to the initial service, in order to guarantee the best possible experience.
